I need something special. Can you create a custom order?

We can in most of the cases. However, we need to evaluate the task first. Please send us a complete request with all necessary data (size, dimensions, color, fabric, style, and, if you can, a picture of something similar). We will send you our answer within 1-3 days.

Do I have to specify my phone number in the contact information?

We suggest to include your phone number as it will help us contact you fast in urgent cases and follow up about your order. In addition, the post service will be able to contact you to inform you about the parcel. We never use your phone number for any bulk SMS or marketing purposes. We never transfer your information to any third parties, except for the post service for the shipping purposes.

How long will it take to get my parcel?

The standard shipping to your country, which is included in the order price, is approximately 2-4 weeks according to the international shipping company. Sometimes parcels arrive earlier. Sometimes parcels may be delayed.

Please note that during holiday time (like Christmas and New Year) all the parcels are usually delayed (for 1-2 weeks) due to the huge load at all post services.

All orders are shipped with Ukrainian national post service (Ukrposhta) that transfers them to local government post of buyer's country for delivery (i.e. USPS for the United States, etc.). Orders are shipped via first class mail and include tracking numbers.

I can’t wait 2-4 weeks to get my parcel, I need it by a certain date. Is it possible?

Yes, it is possible. Please note that the usual order preparation time for shipping is 3-5 days (up to 8 days maximum depending on the ordered items stock availability). The fastest shipping option time is 5-8 days (up to 12 days maximum). Please leave us a note with your order about the date you need to get the parcel or send us a message about it.

We may use an express carrier option (UPS, EMS, DHL) at an additional charge depending on the order weight for orders above 10$. If you choose the express shipping option we will calculate the express shipping cost and send you a link to pay for the difference between standard shipping (which is already included in the order cost) and express shipping cost.

I received the tracking number by message. Where should I track the parcel?

In case your order has been sent by the Ukrainian national post service Ukrposhta – at track.ukrposhta.ua or on your national post service website (all orders are transferred from Ukrainian post service to the national post service of the destination country).

Note. Some local postal services do not provide on-line tracking for international registered airmail. Such as Canadian and Australian post. We can track your package on site of Ukrainian post. There you may see the last place in Ukraine where your parcel was registered: https://track.ukrposhta.ua/tracking_EN.html

I ordered under standard shipping terms. 4 weeks have been passed and I haven’t received my parcel. What should I do?

Please contact us and your national post service. We will send a request for investigation to our post service. After we get the post service confirmation that the parcel is lost the post service should refunds us. After we receive the money back we will refund you with this amount. This is a standard procedure and we have to follow it. Please note that the standard shipping post service (Ukrposhta) has the right to investigate the case up to 2 months. Usually it takes around 1 month to get information. Your national post service may give you the information on the parcel faster. That is why we ask you to contact them. Sometimes the parcel is not lost and was actually attempted for delivery with the tracking system failing to show it.

Do I need to pay any additional taxes or fees when receiving my order in the USA?

Due to the new U.S. import tax regulations, goods from Ukraine are subject to a 10% import tax (unlike some other countries where the tax can be 25% or even higher).

However, we now ship to the USA under DDP (Delivered Duty Paid)
This means you pay nothing extra upon delivery – all taxes and duties are already included in your order.
