This is our first blog post, and we want to start by sharing our story — how we grew from a newborn photo studio to a trusted international brand offering handmade newborn photography props and baby accessories. Recently, we had the honor of being featured by Ukrposhta — the national postal operator of Ukraine — and we’d love to tell you a little more here.

🌱 How It All Began

I’m Kateryna, the founder of Propsly. For years, I worked in the event industry, where I loved creating something new for every occasion. But after each event, only memories remained. I wanted to create something more lasting — something you could hold, something that keeps warmth and love inside.

That’s how the idea for Propsly was born. My partner and I opened one of the first newborn photo studios in our city. We needed unique photo shoot props for our sessions — so we made our own. Soon, other photographers began asking for similar items. And that’s when we realized: we could create products that help others tell their own stories.

• 🛍 In May 2017, we opened our Propsly shop on Etsy.
  
  

• 🎉 On June 21, 2017, we received our very first order. We now celebrate June 21st as the official birthday of our brand.
