At Propsly, each item is carefully handcrafted to order, ensuring that every piece is unique and made with the utmost care. Because of the custom nature of our products, we do not accept returns.

Returns

1.1 No Returns Accepted
Due to the made-to-order and handcrafted nature of our items, we do not accept returns under any circumstances. We kindly ask that you consider this before making your purchase.

Refunds

2.1 Eligibility for Refunds
Refunds are only issued in the case of defective or damaged items. If your order arrives damaged or with a defect, you must contact us within 48 hours of receiving your item.

Please send an email to info.propsly@gmail.com with the following:

• Your order number
• A detailed description of the issue
• Clear photo(s) or video(s) showing the defect or damage

Each case will be reviewed individually, and if approved, a refund will be processed to your original payment method.

2.2 Refund Timeline
If your refund is approved, please allow up to 14 business days for the amount to appear in your account. Shipping costs are non-refundable.

Damaged or Defective Items

3.1 Reporting Issues
All damage or defect claims must be submitted within 48 hours of delivery. Claims submitted after this time may not be eligible for review.

3.2 Resolution
Depending on the nature of the issue, we will either:

• a partial or full refund,
• a replacement item,
• or a discount on your next purchase.

We will inform you of the next steps after reviewing your claim.

Cancellations

4.1 Order Cancellation
Orders may be canceled within 24 hours of purchase. After this period, production begins and cancellations will no longer be possible.

Customized or personalized items are not eligible for cancellation once production has started.
