Shipping Policy

We take pride in creating unique handmade products, and we want your shopping experience to be smooth and enjoyable. Please read our Shipping Policy to understand how we handle the delivery of our items.

Processing Time

Each item in our shop is handmade with great care and attention to detail.

  • Production time depends on the specific product and is indicated in the product description.

  • On average, it usually takes 3–8 business days, but for certain items it may take up to 15–20 business days.

  • If your order includes multiple items, the total preparation time will be calculated based on the item with the longest production time in your cart.

💡 You are always welcome to contact us to check the estimated readiness date — in some cases, we may be able to prepare certain items faster for you.

  • Standard Shipping
    Calculated at checkout based on your order weight and destination.
    Estimated delivery time: 7–21 business days.

  • Express Shipping (UPS, FedEx, EMS)
    Available upon request:
    • USA & EU: 7–10 business days
    • Worldwide: 7–12 business days

💡 For express shipping, we calculate the cost separately and send you a payment link for the difference. Please leave a note with your order or contact us directly.

📌 Important: Some carriers may not deliver to P.O. Boxes. Please provide a physical address if your shipping address is a P.O. Box.

Responsibility
  • Orders are shipped to the address you provide at checkout. Please double-check it before completing your order.

  • Propsly is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather conditions, or customs processing.

  • Customers are responsible for all customs duties, import taxes, and additional fees charged by their country.

  • Once your order is shipped, you will receive a tracking number. Please monitor your parcel and collect it on time.

  • If a parcel is returned to us as unclaimed, we will contact you to discuss reshipping (with additional shipping cost) or a refund minus the shipping fee (calculated at the carrier’s standard rate, not our flat-rate promotional shipping).

Lost Parcels

If your parcel appears lost:

  1. Please contact us and your national postal service for clarification.

  2. We will submit an official investigation request to the postal service that handled the shipment.

  3. According to international postal regulations, the postal service has up to 2 months to complete an investigation, though in most cases it takes about 1 month.

  4. Your national postal service may be able to provide updated information faster, which is why we kindly ask you to contact them as well.

  5. Sometimes the parcel is not truly lost — it may have been attempted for delivery without proper tracking updates.

If the postal service confirms that the parcel is officially lost, they will refund us. After we receive the refund, we will issue a refund to you for the same amount. This is a standard international procedure, and we are required to follow it.

Damaged Items

If your package arrives damaged, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery at info.propsly@gmail.com.
Please include your order details and, if possible, clear photos of the damaged item and packaging.

We will review your case and work with you to resolve the issue promptly — either by replacement, partial refund, or another suitable solution.
